SNAPDRAGONS PANORAMA MIXED
Description
Panorama Snapdragon Seeds 6090 Exceptionally vigorous plants 50-60 cm (20-24″) tall with flowering so prolific, the foliage almost disappears! Clear, vibrant colours and a good garden habit make this the recommended variety for mass plantings. While it performs best in cooler weather, they will generally bloom for the entire growing season. They may languish somewhat during the very hottest (30 C and up) humid summer weather but usually rebound when temperatures moderate. As Panorama is a tender perennial hardy to Zone 7, it is grown as an annual in most of Canada.
How to Grow
6300 seed/gram. Select a sunny to partially shaded site outdoors and sow seed 3 mm (1/8″) deep. Thin or transplant seedlings to 30 cm (12″) apart when they are 5 cm (2″) tall. For June & July flowers, start seed indoors in a soil-less mix in mid-March leaving the seed uncovered on the growing medium. Germination will occur in 14 days at 21 C (70 F). Grow on at 15 C (60 F) until hardening off and moving the plants outside in late May. Our snapdragons are heat and disease resistant.
