Ribes uva-crispa 'Jeanne'

A high-yielding, late-season red gooseberry cultivar.  Upright, nearly thornless shrub with large, sweet, maroon-red berries that are excellent for fresh eating, jams and jellies.  Has good disease resistance, especially to powdery mildew.  Fruit ripens in mid to late July. 

Full sun to part shade.
