Ornamental Features

Twombly's Red Sentinel Japanese Maple has attractive burgundy foliage which emerges red in spring. The small lobed palmate leaves are highly ornamental and turn an outstanding crimson in the fall. Neither the flowers nor the fruit are ornamentally significant.
